Short Biography

I consider it a profound privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their most difficult seasons. With over 33 years of experience as a therapist and coach, I understand that every individual, couple, and family carries a unique story. My approach is deeply rooted in active listening, non-judgmental support, and a trauma-informed perspective. Whether we are working together to break cycles of intergenerational trauma, resolve deep family conflict, or overcome limiting beliefs, my goal is to empower you with the practical tools you need to move from merely surviving to genuinely thriving.

Outside of the therapy room, my life is guided by the same principles of connection and mindfulness that I share with my clients. I believe deeply in the power of building a “we versus me” world. I strive to live intentionally, finding joy in nurturing my own relationships, practicing self-compassion, and staying grounded so I can show up fully for those I serve.
